Ep 3 / Venison Deer Roast & Briskets on the Pellet Grill
In this humdinger of an episode, Tim & Mary discuss the venison roast Mary prepared in a crock pot. To say it was phenomenal would be an understatement.
We also discuss the briskets Tim smoked for our 20th wedding anniversary party. Tim used a different format than usual with these briskets by letting them roll low and slow overnight and then wrapping in butcher/peach paper. The flavor was great. However, there were some issues with the peach paper.
